Exciting News!!!!

We are upgrading our systems to provide you with faster, more secure services.

The enhanced online banking experience launches on March 4, 2024. Learn more details here on Core Conversions and what it means for you.   

  • Our office will be closing at 2:00 p.m. MST on Thursday February 29, 2024, until 8:30 a.m. MST Monday March 4, 2024. During this time, staff will be upgrading the system and loading new equipment. 
  • While we upgrade our software and install new equipment: Online banking, mobile access and voice response will be unavailable from 2:00 p.m. MST on Thursday, February 29, 2024, until 8:00 a.m. MST on Monday March 4, 2024. 
  • Please make sure to download any statements you wish to keep and also make note of all bill pay payee information to enter into our new system. 

On March 4, 2024, you will need to reset your online credentials:

  • All members logging in to the NEW system are required to complete a brief enrollment process by clicking the 'Enroll Now' button to activate your account.  
    You will receive a one-time only password on your screen and can immediately login for account access.  
  • Once you are logged in, you will be allowed to change your Login ID and password.
  • Login ID will be unique to you and cannot be your member number.   The system will verify that no other member has the same Login ID before allowing the update.
  • New Password requirement is at least 8 characters long, 1 Upper Case, 1 Lower Case, and 1 Number.
  • You will also need to re-enroll for eStatements once you log in.  
    If you use Mile High FCU Bill Pay you will need to re-enter your payees and add your accounts to pay from.
    If you use the A2A (account to account transfer) service, you will need to set up your accounts for the A2A transfer option.
  • If you are a mobile app user, you will need to download the new app from your app store, the username and password will be the ones you established in the online banking platform.
    • Account registration is not available through the mobile app, it must be completed on a computer or through a web browser.
    • If you use our CardNav app this will no longer be active and you will control your card thru our new online banking.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Will my online banking Login ID and Password stay the same?

No. Members will be required to re-enroll in online banking with updated login credentials that meet security requirements. Account registration is not available through the mobile app, it must be completed on a computer or through a web browser. You will also need to re-enroll for eStatements and setup any bill pay items or account to account (A2A) transfer information.

Will my automated payments still go through on conversion Friday?

Yes. The Credit Union has taken every precaution to ensure the security of all member information, account information, and member records through the new core operating system implementation process.

Will my paycheck/direct deposit be accepted on conversion Friday?

Yes. Your paycheck/ direct deposit will still be accepted.

Are my accounts still secure?

Yes. The Credit Union has taken every precaution to ensure the security of all member information, account information, and member records through the new core operating system implementation process.

Will my account information be correct in the new core system?

Yes. We have worked with our new core processing system in a test environment for many months. Your data has been verified, balanced, tested, and reviewed to ensure accuracy.

Can I still use the checks I have for my checking account?

Yes. Your checks are still valid and have the correct account number printed on them.

Can I still use the CardNav app?

No, this information will be available within our new homebanking site.
